when you print this, it doesn't matter infill or walls (you should make it the same as your average print). you are trying to print it so you can twist it until it doesn't turn and the one before that is what you should use to make parts…
use 6 walls to make strong and use elastic string for better performance or you can use normal string.

print inner wall first or else the nozzle will NOT fit in the hole! 15 percent infill worked well but I did not use the tip I just gave because I did not know about it. I learned the hard way, so you don't have to.
