Extruder Indicator Spinner Flat - Ender 3 V3 SE

This is a remix of the original Extruder Indicator with a fully flat front for slightly different more minimalist looks. I printed it in PETG, not sure if PLA is also fine since the stepper motor gets pretty hot.
