ZYN Can Car Cup Holder, 7 Can Capacity
I recommend printing in ABS, ASA, or PETG for UV resistance & heat resistance. Print at a fine layer height, such as .16mm, for the threads. Print with the threads UP on both parts. You will probably want supports for the top.

Smash Up Big Geeky Box Organizer Insert
I used PETG at .2mm layer height with a .4mm nozzle. Note that i use sleeved cards and can only verify with the Sleeve Kings brand. You might want to print a test section to see how well it fits and scale from there.
