Case for 1:1 Balun made from FT140 core
The Morserino32 is an amazing project and the device has plenty of features. But it's too large to fit in my pocket. Hence I've created a new and smaller PCB for the new heltec v3 lora module (Morserino32 uses the v2 one which is end of…
EDIT Jan 2025: This is obsolete, the most current version can be found here: Production version (QRP Labs) case for the Morserino M32 Pocket. The official Morserino M32 Pocket can be bought at the QRP Labs shop.…
This thing - fitted with a 40x40x10mm fan - will air-dry a silencer after use. Category: Tools
This 3d printed cone replaces the autotrickler straw, which was always a pain for me. I never found a perfectly matching straw (and I tried a lot, big M, s bw y, some from the shop, etc) and there was a lot of powder spillage due to the…
This is a basic case for the Espressif esp32-s31 Function-Coreboard. Screw holes are M2.5, perfect fit for SPAX Universalschraube 3x12mm T-STAR plus VG. Print tested with PETG without supports, works fine. Quite basic just with holes for…
Morserino M32 Pocket prototype case (differs from the QRP Labs production version)
Cover created by Willi OE1WKL. Reupload here for convenience. Fits the series M32 Pocket from QRP Labs.
Doesn't require supports. Uses same M2 screws as original model.
This is the M32 Pocket Case for my latest prototype PCB. The QRP Labs series PCB requires some minor changes (button depth, side wall for 3,5mm jacks, ..), so this cannot be used 1:1.
Can be used e.g. with the touch pins of an ESP32. Use 15x1mm brass punching blanks. After soldering the wire they're pressed into the recess (works great with a bench wise). Mounting holes fit m3 screws.
The J-38 key tends to tilt when it's not mounted. So I've created a small base for it. The underside has slots for anti-skid stickers or magnets (10mm diameter and 2mm depth). The mounting holes are 3mm wide. Small wood screws should do…
This enclosure is designed around the PCB available on github: https://github.com/haklein/r4850g2_arduino/
Case for the load cell DIY morserino32. See load cell thread on the morserino groups for details. Gerber for PCB attached. BOM: ESP32-S3 devkit-c1, the one with two USB-C ports. Mind the pin-out, there are some clones that have different…
Printed with PETG, 4 Perimeters. Use CA or similar glue for 8x2mm magnets. FreeCAD file attached. Picture shows old version. New one has extended tube on the Makera side and 6 Magnet recesses instead of 4.
I was using PETG, 4 perimeters and cubic infill to avoid bending when the key is being operated. Do not use too flexible anti-skid pads on the bottom as this will make the key bounce. Screw holes should fit M4 sunk screws.

The spool holder is just another alternative for the LACK enclosure. It uses two bearings of 608 2Z (e.g. https://www.ebay.de/itm/20-St%C3%BCck-Rillenkugellager-608-2Z-Kugellager-608-ZZ-8x22x7-mm-Miniatur/292622440951 ). The roll is…
Printed in PETG, it's split into two parts to fit normal build plates. Recess on the front right is for the lovely BaMaKey TP-ii. Recess on the back fits a 6Ah LiFePo from Eremit. PowerPole to DC adapter for the Elecraft KX3 can be…
Print on the side. Tested with PETG and PLA. Requires an M4 thread insert (5,1mm × 6,3mm). Put a thread on a 4mm x 4mm brass bar. A knurled nut M4 can be used as lock nut to allow easy adjustment. The brass bar will then clamped in a…

This is a case for the CNC controller board from bdring: https://github.com/bdring/4_Axis_SPI_CNC Also has space to mount a PWM 0-10V output module for spindle control.
Wall mount for a weather station rain gauge (rectangular type, available pretty much everywhere). Prints without supports. PETG recommended for outdoor.
This will fit different 55mm rocker switch frames.
Original M2,5 screws from the P580 case are too short (2.5x4mm). M2,5 6mm screws will fit.ph
Under desk mount for a M5Stack Tab5 - comes handy e.g. in combination with the homeassistant tessera add-on. Prints without supports on INDX (there is a large overhang on the material-saving cutout, but that worked fine for me without…
