Some electronic box was at the wall and sometimes water comes in to the basement walls. this pevents it to leak into the housing due to the conical design. can be used for other stuff too :)
Use superglue to glue the 2 pieces together. Covers are made with 0.05 tolerance letters are 20cm high and 35mm deep, covers stick out about 5mm for a nice effect.
