Unable to find a good antenna winder for portable amateur radio operations, I started tinkering with designs. A few iterations in, I came up with this one. Dimensions are approximately 140 mm x 55 mm x 5 mm. It provides room for up to…
BACKGROUND: The Palm Pico Paddle is infamous amongst portable CW operators for its small size, good feel, and cool retractable case. Unfortunately, they have been out of production for years, and they sell for much more than their…
Love your K6ARK morse code paddle, but want more mounting options? Look no further. Simply print one of these three 3d printed plates to suit your needs; the angled ones for a right or left leg strap, or the straight one for a desk mount…
Unable to find a good antenna winder for portable amateur radio operations, I started tinkering with designs. A few iterations in, I came up with this one, then parsed it down to just a wire frame for minimum weight. Dimensions are…
I really like the K6ARK morse code key, but I have managed to break a couple of them by carelessly storing them in my kits. This case prevents the paddles from being touched while stored. It is designed to hold the key in the case with a…
I like the Morse Keys from Adam, K6ARK and wanted to secure them from damage, when not in use. Adams original model is: https://www.printables.com/de/model/332611-morse-code-paddle-cw-key/files The cover is designed as “Snap-On” to the…
Housing for a Morse Code Iambic Paddle. See original for full assembly instructions.
This is my take on an K6ARK EFHW linked 80m antenna winder. It will accommodate 2 velcro tie wraps to keep everything tidy and is big enough for my big hand to fit in and to wrap some 550 cord on as well. However is still small enough to…
This takes the design of the K6ARK winders (which in my opinion are the best antenna wires that exist) and turns it into an X shape for use with antennas with a female BNC connectors. I made them to support my line of End fed antennas…
I used Orange Prusament PETG. This would work fine with almost any filament. No supports are needed. BOM I used the following parts..: 2 x M3 thread inserts 2 x 10mm x M3 cap head bolts 4 x 3mm washers 2 x 3mm Fork connectors Small amount…
This is an x shaped variation of Adam Kimmerly (K6ARK)'s excellent antenna winder. If you have an antenna with two wires such as an end fed random wire, this will work great for you! I originally made this for my Tufteln speaker wire…
This is something I've been working on, and have used, for quite some time. I wanted to create a whole-enchilada approach to a QRP EFHW antenna that allows me to not have to take anything apart. With this design all that is needed is to…
I love the original Morse Code Paddle / CW Key that K6ARK made. I was trying to get the contact distances closer but had trouble with the pressure from my plastic springs not being enough. With magnetic returns I was able to get the…
Adam’s (K6ARK) Mini Microphone is the gold standard for ultralight portable radio setups. This slimmed down remix reduces weight and refines some features. Differences of the remixed enclosure compared to the original: Improved front to…
This is the next revision of the K6ARK antenna winder for the female BNC connector version. Adam showed off his new design in a livestream and I used that to create this version. This was designed using the FreeCAD Link Stage Branch. I…
Adam, K6ARK has designed an ultra-compact matching unit kit for portable Ham radio operation. One of his winder design ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5385215 ) integrates a clip for a Male BNC connector. Seeing that, I designed an…
This is a slide on cover for the K6ARK mini paddle key. Adam has designed a fantastic mini paddle. I will have one in each of my radio kits, for TX-500, KX3, MTB-4b, and Xeigu X6100…

If the K6ARK paddle had enough real estate to add a hex key, it would totally be there. Oh, trust me, I tried. This remix adds a storage location in the strap base print for the 1.5mm hex key used for adjustment on the grub screws for…
Tougher paddles, for use with ASA filament - more flexible than PLA - and for a different feel. The original paddles are fine, and in PLA, need a little bending to work. I print in ASA mostly, which is more flexible, but has other…
This handle fits the K6ARK 2 Element Quick Yagi antenna found here - https://k6ark.com/2-element-quick-yagi/ Works best when printed in TPU. Printed in TPU, 15% infill, no supports, no brim.
Added 2.0mm to the base thickness of Adam's key base feature, the added four pockets that accept 1 to 4 6mm x 3mm magnets to keep the key more stable. I use a small steel plate strapped to my thigh and other magnetic base keys , but…
You might have to add hot silicon to immobilize audio jack depending on your specific jack.
Mount for using a K6ARK Pico Paddle with a Quansheng 3MM x 6MM Screw used
If you are interested in doing 2m or 70cm CW, you should look into the NR7Y custom firmware for the Quansheng UK-K5/K1 ( CW Firmware Docs - NR7Y CW Firmware Docs ). There are ways to use it with and without opening and modifying the…
