Wanted to avoid purchasing a new tool head control board but wanted better performance than what was available form orm Stock Stealthburner. Mount has been test fit with an A4T tool head on a XOL carriage, but should also work without…
This support allows the use of a PG7 cable gland on the StealthBurner toolhead when using the SB2209 CAN board, providing a cleaner, safer, and more reliable cable management solution. The design properly guides the CAN cable, reducing…
This design bring you the capability for a Voron Trident with Galileo2 and EBB SB2209/2240 to have a chain mount and a relief connector for the CAN Cable. Printing information No need support but ... ABS or ABS-CF 5 walls & top/button 40%…
BTT SB2209 CanBus boards unfortunately have a design flaw that makes it easy to misalign pins in the board to board socket, leading to voltages being delivered to the wrong places. This can ultimately result in damage to electronics, such…
Different take on CANbus cable strain relief using PG7 Gland. Intended for newer BTT Toolhead boards with thicker connector. For those who want lower and centered mount. Although routing the cable is a bit finicky. Added cutout version,…
The project has been adjusted to the EBB SB2209 USB board. Please use an empty PH connector (you should have spares anyway, delivered with a board) to isolate the piano wire from the port. Piano wire available on amazon My 3d design…
The left side guard of the front body is removed for the pin clearance. Attached a vented cover to be used together with the body.
Quick and dirty SB2209/2240 CAN bus umbilical mounting post for Galileo 2 Extruder. Use a M3x50 SHCS to mount the post instead of the cable chain holder, then fixate the umbilical with a zip tie. Print without support to keep the cavity…
this is a modified version of the Galileo 2 extruder front that allows the use of the bigtreetech sb2209 usb board. The original prevented the board to fit so I have adjusted a few areas to enable the board to sit correctly.
https://github.com/juliusjj25/G2E-Filametrix-Lever-Switch-Mod Without supports. In one of the latest updates, Fusion 360 significantly reduced the model quality when exporting to STL (fewer polygons). Because of this, I now export from…
Modified to work with 6.3mm balls i got from an old bike bearing. The original description also says that it's not compatible with original hotend mounts, but that's what I'm using and it works so idk.
All the models I could find that used " PG Cable Gland M12 " for the SB 2240/2209 CANBus cable and worked with the Galileo 2 Extruder didn't work as expected. Some had a design flaw that caused more stress on the cable than relief; others…
This allows the SB2209 USB can-bus cable to stay in place with a pair of cable ties.
The original SB2209 misalignment protector didn't work for me with G2E (using https://github.com/IRTrail/G2E-Filametrix ). The raised part next to the pins doesn't fit inside the opening the G2E body leaves. This version flattens the part…
Different take on CANbus cable strain relief using PG7 Gland. Intended for newer BTT Toolhead boards with thicker connector. For those who want lower and centered mount with a cutout for the cable/screw in portion. Make sure to route the…
Updated - CW2 main body - ebb_sb2209/2240 with filament_sensor to reflect the lastest version.
To get the SB2209 USB to fit my Galileo2, I de-soldered the I2C connector and it fits perfectly. The cap-head bolt in this is M3x40, so you don't have to find an impossible M3x50. It has a zip-tie routed slot as well as steel cable mounts.
I wanted a pg7 mount to route the cable out behind the stealthburner, horizontally centered on an enderwire (switchwire) build. The pg7 cable does not run into the vertical extrusion on either side and is a decent route to push the…
This is a Voron StealthBurner mod to allow the printer head boards like SB2209 and others to work more cooler. This is done to a 350mm Voron 2.4 but can fit other print sizes using SteathBurner. Print with supports like on the picture.
Remade the entire dragchain support to hold the SB2209 USB plug in place. I felt like it could be ripped off or worse and since that cable is not dragchain-rated, I'll use zipties to tie it to the bowden tube. Might make a hole or a…
If you are using a BTT SB2209 toolboard, you will also have to print their Stealthburner motor plate, as it provides more room for the toolboard. As such, they have made available a cover for this that fits perfectly with the new motor…
A very simplistic pug mount for g2e working with btt sb2209 can
Voici un remix d'un stealthbuner main body compatible avec goliath air, lgx lite, sb2209/40, et cpap. Récupérer le reste des pièces des 2 fichiers d'origine.
This remix was made to allow usb connection with BTT SB2209 toolhead board as the original model blocks the USB input. PUG Clamp and Bottom Standoff parts as exactly the same of the original model, but I provided them here for…
After buying and installing my SB2209 RP2040 onto my extruder, I realized that the cable cover didn't close. I tried to look everywhere but couldn't find an official version provided by BTT even though it is shown in the instruction…
I modified the module to use 3mm spring steel, for use with toolchanger umbilicall mods.
Same model as before but with a hexagonal pattern cut out to allow for better airflow to the board
ECAS PTFE tube connector added to Voron Stealthburner for use with BigTreeTech SB2209 I have adapted main_body, latch and cable_cover from Voron Stealthburner for BigTreeTech SB2209 USB. It may also be compatible with SB2209 CAN.…
I found the existing options for cable relief of the BTT EBB SB2209 USB were lacking in one way or another. So I made my own. My goals: Relieve strain on the umbilical cable. Compatible with the PUG system. Allow greater access to the…
UPDATE: I redesigned the toolhead side of the mount to prevent the break of cable. I printed in PLA with standard Voron settings, because I print only PLA with my Voron. Materials you need: -2x M3 heat insert (I used the standard Voron…
I remixed the ventilated pcb cover for the EBB SB2209 USB V1 to mount a fan because the RP2040 kept overheating. Use 4xM3 heatset inserts and M3x14 screws to mount a 3010 5V fan, the fan can be plugged into the unused USB expansion ports…
To solve the issue of the EBB SB2209 USB cable coming loose during setup—where even the slightest bump could disconnect it—I took @Kahn Tigre’s original part of his wrap-around USB mount and modified it. I extended the design by adding a…
The red model. White is original. Orient to print as shown in the photos. Use supports on build plate. Here printed in PolyLite ASA.
G2 Galileo 2 SB2209 USB tool board fan 30mm with heat set inserts.
It didn't help with the high temperature of the toolhead mcu temperature but it's lighter.
This was a remix of the original it did not fit my Stealthburner there was a 4MM gap missing and it would not fit so I added the missing 4MM gap for my Stealthburner so its fits perfectly now
A small remix of Large Gear Clockwork2 HGX that allows you to use SB2209 CAN or SB2209 RP2040. Also available in Meowburner version. There may be minor errors in the model. Fan cover BOM 4x M3x12 BHCS - DON’T OVER-TIGHTEN The bolts are…
You will need 2 M3x5x4 Thread Inserts (for Voron): https://cnckitchen.store/products/made-for-voron-gewindeeinsatz-threaded-insert-m3x5x4-100-stk-pcs
Didn't like the other alternatives, so I made my own modifications to the design to accommodate the protruding USB-C port on sb2209 (rp2040). The only modified part is the mount. All other files are unchanged from the original.
BOM: 3x M3 Tool head: https://github.com/Armchair-Heavy-Industries/Xol-Toolhead Board: https://github.com/bigtreetech/EBB/tree/master
Freecad model attached in case anyone needs to adjust the clearance for their print.
The Formbot kit references a main body to house the BigTreeTech EBB SB2209 board that requires a slightly bigger PCB cover. This fits the model found on the Formbot GitHub page, but with the openings to allow for cooling of the PCB. If…
Remixed to fit different extruder frame (with angle cut at the botton)
Wanted to avoid purchasing a new tool head control board but wanted better performance than what was available form orm Stock Stealthburner. Mount has been test fit with an A4T tool head on a XOL carriage, but should also work without…

This support allows the use of a PG7 cable gland on the StealthBurner toolhead when using the SB2209 CAN board, providing a cleaner, safer, and more reliable cable management solution. The design properly guides the CAN cable, reducing…
Swiss3DC hotends use dual heater with rather big connectors. To have enough space below the cover, the fan is moved a little bit
Made a small change of SB2209 anchor for clockwork2. During my assmbly I couldn't find an anchor component that fits both spring steel and an umblical. So I simply combined two I found on the website. One from the official clockwork2 stl,…
This is just an ECAS version of the modified file from @Demond_524393 No great skill on my part! :-) I printed mine in ABS-GF, 40% infill, 5 top & bottom layers. Usual kind of things.
This design bring you the capability for a Voron Trident with Galileo2 and EBB SB2209/2240 to have a chain mount and a relief connector for the CAN Cable. Printing information No need support but ... ABS or ABS-CF 5 walls & top/button 40%…
This is a tweak of the support bracket only to pull the hole over in X/Y/Z. Print multiple copies to get a clean print.
I switched to the BigTreeTech EBB SB2209 USB model and realized that it is much larger. I also use the Galileo 2 Extruder, and BTT provides beta STEP files. I used two extruder body parts to fit the board and modified the rest based on…
Aggiunta una ventola di raffreddamento per le alte temperature della EBB SB2209 USB, gli spazi sono sufficienti per i connettori ed i fili e chiude perfettamente. Added a cooling fan for the high temperatures of the EBB SB2209 USB, there…
A purpose build XT30 2+2 plug designed for the 🥰 BTT SB2209 / SB2240 toolhead boards. Built with a minimal footprint to keep your cable routing clean and uncluttered. Companion Model: Use the Cable Bridge PLUS to form a sleek and ultra…
Installing a 🥰 BTT SB2209 on my Voron Stealthburner/CW2, I wasn't satisfied with the available umbilical solutions. So I started from scratch, explored different approaches, and designed this Cable Bridge PLUS. It ended up not that…
Exactly the same as the original by Condorman, just bend the wire through and cut it off.
I realised this simple mod is missing in the community. The ability to add a bowden connector and lock the PTFE tube in place. Useful for multi-material filament change setup. Nothing else is changed or modified from the original Step…
Print the front face together with the accents! Use supports for the door assembly (this is the most critical part!). Some thread inserts are also needed (see photos). I uploaded the CAD-files, so you can use them for modifying or…
Version 2 This variation includes slots for zipties. This is particularly usefull If you are also routing the extruder cables through the umbilical instead of using the driver on your SB2209/SB2240. Replaces the Stealthburner cable anchor…
Note: This is for the original CAN cable that BTT shipped, with a small rectangular plug. They've started shipping a different cable with a different plug shape, which this STL is not compatible with. The existing PUG mount doesn't work…
Front face for Stealthburner incorporating the following: BTT KNOMI Rapidio UHF 3DO Nozzle Camera LGX Lite SB 2209/2240 Remix of Stealthburner + KNOMI + 3DO Nozzle Camera + Rapido UHF by Baze & Stealthburner /LGX Lite/EBB 2209 by…
This is a remix of the CW front cover part from Paul Trautner's “ Mellow SB2040 Stealthburner Cover with Fan ”, but now it also fits the BTT SB2209 CANbus board as well. This can use all the same fan covers as his model. The design (the…

Remixed together Alexander's and BTT's Cable door for the voron stealthburner to work with the SB2209 / SB2240 If you want to use a controlled 3rd fan to cool your EBB SB2209/2240 use HyperToxic's guide to add that 3rd fan, pinout on the…
UPD : Added suitable for main body Voron-Stealthburner Thanks to @Ibot_3D for the idea. He inspired me with his design! But his model was a little hard to print and many (including me) could not print this model. I increased the spaces…
Add 3007 fan and ventilation for your can board. I found other hex-holed remixes weak at the door edges and the holes messy to print on my non-voron printer in ABS. This is remixed to retain some strength instead of going super mesh holed.
This is a new cable chain cover for the Voron Switchwire with the EBB SB 2209/2204 and cable bridge, CW2 and other upgrades. https://github.com/bigtreetech/EBB This cover allows the chain to move back on the gantry for more chain…
I needed a simple cable route/mount for the included cable given with SB2209 and SB2240 kits. Just push the cable in and screw in just like the original design.
It seems that some people are getting a CAN cable with larger overmolding that doesn't fit the mount included in the EBB SB2209 repo. This is not a perfect fix, but it's good enough. I've included STEP files for remixing!
SB-KNOMI-SB2209/2040-UHF-LGX_lite (Yess i had a bit of Ringing)
I remixed the LGX lite mount because I felt the others are incorrect or just make things line up weird.
Revisions 2024-03-26 Revised Main Body to incorporate Straightened Latch. Replaced corresponding Motor Plate as well. Overview This group of objects implements a CAN based Toolhead for the Voron 2.4r2 3D Printer. The design uses a…
This is a remix of a remix. I updated the Main Body uploaded by @MyStoopidStuff to incorporate the latest revisions from the Voron team. Please check the image if you are unsure if you need this part. The features in Red are the changes…
Modified Mike F's " SB2209 / SB2240 mount for PUG " for use with a PG7 Cable Gland. This one has M12x1.25 threads so the PG7 can screw directly in. 2 versions included, 1 has a cutout and one doesn't. I haven't tested this yet, but I'll…
I saw my EBB toolhead driver was getting up around 90C! So something had to be done ASAP! I took BTT's EBB door and put the classic Hexagon “Bestagon” on it to make vents. One is just vents the other has mounts for heatset inserts and…

I added the 3DO pcb holder to the latest files from BigTreeTech for the EBB SB2204/SB2240 Clockwork2 main body and pcb cover.
Modified both main body and cable cover to provide access to the thermistor header
A 2 parts mount for people using BTT SB2240/SB2209 CAN Bus board that are also using PG7 for strain relief. I didn't want a bend in my cable, so I made this from scratch. Note: I do not use a cable cover (didn't want extra weight) so the…

This is a mod of the cable cover to add a 25x25x7mm cooling fan to cool the toolhead board. GitHub Link Updated 2023/12/12 per comments to improve printing. Thank you @indi8six_1180574 & @jetcat_560589 Updated 2024/4/4 to comply with G2E…
I just added a coutout hole in order to not have to disable the whole cable to remove it. The rigidity is good. I've been using it for more than a month now. Printed with Voron settings.
A remix of JaredC's Galileo 2 Cable Door and Alexander's SB2040 CW2 fan cover door I use HyperToxic's wiring schematic to have my CAN PCB Fan turn on when the extruder is used, Info is in his github…
Maintain a unique style of Stealthburner. No screws reguired.
In order to cool my SB2040 canbus-board (with extruder-driver onboard) I used to have a 30mm fan cover sitting on my Clockwork2 extruder. Now switching to Galileo2, noone seems to have designed such cover, only for smaller 25mm fans…
