Bed Side Hanger For Resmed F30i Mask and Hose
attaches to the bad frame and hold the hose off the floor while you sleep and holds the mask during the day. sized for Resmed F30i standard size mask and ClimateLineAir heated tubing.

Required Tools
- 4mm or 5/32" Allen key - to install M5 cap head screws
- 9/64" drill bit - for pilot hole in wood dowel
- #2 Phillips screw driver - to install wood screws
Optional Tools
- saw - to cut wood dowel if you desire a lower height for the top hanger
- sandpaper - to clean up wood dowel or sand down dowel if fit is too tight
Pre-printing Instructions
I have included 2 printable gauges
- the first gauge is to test the bolt hole alignment to see if the bottom bracket is compatible with your bed frame or if you wish you can mark drill holes, longer screws may be required
- the other gauge is to size your wood dowel for proper fit. I have included 3MF files of the bottom bracket and top hanger to match the exact size due to manufacturing tolerances. a good press fit can be achieved and the wood screws may be omitted
Printing and Slicing Instructions
print the 2 provided gages
use the first gauge to test the bolt hole aligment of your bed frame
use the second gauge to size your wood dowel to the bottom bracket and top hanger
after you find the perfect fit for your wood dowel select the corresponding 3MF files and slice with standard settings 2 perimeters 4 bottom layers 5 top layers
slice with the hole for the dowel vertically to ensure dimensional accuracy
no supports needed on top hanger, snug supports used on bottom bracket
I do not recommend PLA for the bottom bracket or the strong backs I recommend printing them in PETG. the top hanger may be safely printed in PLA
print one copy of the top hanger, one copy of the bottom bracket, two copies of the strong backs
Assembly Instructions
- press the 4 lock nuts into the 2 strong backs ensuring the locking insert is visible from the hex side
- attach the bottom bracket to your bed frame with the 4 M5 screws and tighten
- (optional) cut the wood dowel if you desire the top hanger to sit at a lower height
- slide the wood dowel into the bottom bracket, ensure the dowel is resting on the floor. sanding may be required if the fit is too tight
- (optional) using a 9/64" drill bit, drill the 2 pilot holes in the back of the bottom bracket and install 2 wood screws
- slide on the top hanger and adjust to desired angle, sanding the wood dowel may be required if fit is too tight
- (optional) using a 9/64" drill bit, drill the 2 pilot holes in the back of the top hanger and install 2 wood screws
