I needed a cup holder for my water bottle on my 8040 sim rig, but all of the ones I could find online were sized for 1L Nalgene bottles, which are quite a bit narrower than my 1L insulated hydroflask bottle. This one has an internal diameter of 94mm, which is just a bit wider than the 90mm bottle to add clearance for the few dents mine has accumulated over the years.
It's got two mounting holes sized for m8 bolts, the pockets are slightly oversized and extra deep so they should fit any type of bolt head as long as they are round. I used button head M8x15 bolts and standard M8 T-nuts to mount it to my rig. The bolt hole are spaced 40mm apart so you can mount this parallel to a single slot, or perpendicular across two 40mm slots.
There's a slot in the front to make it easier to reach the bolts with an allen wrench, and the top edges of the slot are filleted to eliminate any sharp edges.
I printed this in eSun PLA+ on my Sovol SV06 at 100% infill with no supports, but the design is quite basic and fairly overbuilt, you can probably use almost any material and quite a bit less infill and still get a sturdy result.
