I created a flexible exhaust system for 80mm & 100mm hoses. I use this system für my XTool laser. To bridge the long distance i added an pipe fan, in my case i used one from ACInfinity.
For mounting you need a couple of Screws M3, Nuts M3, Magnets 3x10mm, Springs e.g. 35x1mm and pipe clamps 80 & 100mm.
For the threads i used 3mm thread inserts.
My insert for the window I created out of MDF, its cheap and can be cut with saws and knifes. The more nifty option would be to use plexiglass
