I took the Rapid Burner toolhead parts by Chirpy2605 and crudely adapted it to fit the Peopoly Lancer hotend.
The Lancer (long melt zone) from Peopoly's Magneto X is only $35 with a flow rate up to 60mm3/s but I couldn't find any open source toolheads that supported it. I love the original Dragon Burner by Chirpy2605 for it's simple, modular design. He also makes a version called the Rapid Burner for UHF hotends such as the Lancer.
So far it's working without issue on it's intended printer, but fair warning, don't inspect the model too closely. It was done crudely in Tinkercad and I am by no means an expert.
