My landlord replaced an Ikea HOPPVALS cellular blind - the old one delaminated between layers.
It hasn't functioned well since day one - I chalked it up to my landlord buying a really terrible product.
I went to put some lubricant on it only to discover it was missing pulley wheels- BAD QC from IKEA.
I printed and inserted new pulley wheels (in black). I'm sure Ikea could & would have replaced the shade but:
- it was easy enough to do
- saved some emissions from shipping and sending a product to a landfill
- installation was a little frustrating but not awful.
