Industrial Design Bracket for Two Shelves

This industrial-style bracket system supports two shelves with a concealed wall mount, offering a sleek, floating appearance. The bracket slides securely onto the hidden wall mount.

Printing Instructions:

• Print Area: Designed for a 20 x 25 cm print bed.
• Bed Adhesion: Ensure excellent bed adhesion, even when using PLA, as warping at the edges is possible.
• Settings: Use ample perimeters and top/bottom layers. A recommended setup is a 3 mm shell with 25% infill for strength.
• Support: The bracket’s mounting slot requires support for printing. Use the provided "bracket with support.stl" file, which includes a single perimeter wall as support.

Usage Instructions:

1. Wall Mounting: Attach the "mount" piece to the wall. The bracket then slides onto it.
2. Top Shelf Attachment:
   • The top shelf is secured by gravity and metal pins to prevent sliding. Pin holes are 5 mm in diameter and 10 mm deep.
   • Use the “template top.stl” file, which includes drill hole positions for the top shelf’s pins.
   • The bracket has three holes: the center hole is for a single shelf, while the side holes accommodate two shelf boards meeting in the middle.
3. Bottom Shelf Attachment:
   • The bottom shelf is secured with M6 screws. Use an M6 taper to create threads in the plastic for a tight fit.
   • Bracket hole specifications:
     • Diameter: 4.6 mm
     • Depth: Outer holes – 28 mm; Inner holes – 18 mm
   • Use the “template bottom.stl” file, which has drilling guides and a border to align with the front edge of the shelf.
