Each mounting bracket has a 3.5mm hole for screw, two pins matching extension cord casing holes, and holding flaps. Two brackets per extension cord is required. The whole bracket bends to accept the extension cord.
I've printed it from PLA with supports. The extension cord is securely placed vertically. Probably it will work fine horizontally on the side or upside down.
