Couch Feet Raiser (customizable)

This is a very (very) simplistic raiser for couches and shelf's with cylindrical feet.

By default the raiser is for 35 to 35,5 mm feet, but it can be adjusted by using the FreeCAD spreadsheet. The spreadsheet also contains all dimensions to adapt overlap (slot-in distance) and the amount you want to raise your furniture (Default: 60mm).

I required this to make space for my robot cleaner to fit under my old couch, which was also far to low for my taste.  So this is a win for cleaning, sitting and laziness. 

The stand was printed in cheap ABS plastics to prevent breaking. PLA should work, too. Just make sure to add enough walls and increase the infill. I printed with 4 walls and 10% infill with a simple grid pattern as forces are only vertical. This works fine as the total force also gets divided by four due to the four legs. No need to waste plastic here.

Printing the 10 feet for my L shaped couch took about 30 hours, but I am printing on the save side of speed with just 55mm/s. The printer does the job. No need to rush. Printing is no longer fast if a print fails.
