Welcome to Dave's INF~ Modular Cable Management System

Unlock the potential of a pristine, organized environment with our modular cable management system. Perfect for seamlessly concealing wires in server racks, beneath desks, and within audio cabins, this system provides a clean, efficient solution that evolves with your needs.

Simplify your cable organization with our Modular Cable Management System. Just like building blocks, these easy-to-connect squares fit together with a small connector, forming a continuous box to neatly hide all your network, audio, and power wires. The front door features a flexible "filament" hinge, allowing you to effortlessly access your cables whenever you need.

for a Rack Mount 19" 2U Assembly Instructions…

Print Components:

  • Print 5 sections. Select between 50mm or 120mm models, or mix and match based on your needs.
    • Use the 50mm sections for the front of the rack.
    • Use the 120mm sections to provide additional space behind for stashing long wires.
  • Print 2 edge connectors.

Connect Sections:

Attach the printed sections together using the edge connectors.

for a Desk or Video Cabinet…

Print as many as you need and connect them under a desk or in a cabinet. Convent holes in the back allow multiple screws to mount the system.

Additional Information…

I have included a simple tool to help insert the clips into the modules. They rock back and forth into the sockets. Best to use a flat surface. There is enough room to drill them out if you have to break on inside. (Aim for the center and then pry it out.)

There is also a sample of the hinge, if you want to test the tolerances of your printer before starting.

Assembly video can be found here.

Enjoy!
