This is the latest edition to my heavily tested and perfected track saw guide that fits onto your Milwaukee M18 circular saw.
the track i use is a home made one out of ply and 16mm aluminum U channel.
print it using a durable material like ABS ASA or PETG, i use ASA-GF. MAKE SURE YOU USE A BRIM. Stronger material tends to warp if it is dense with plastic. The big holes do a good job at preventing warp and saves material but the far side of the track is at risk.
you want it to be strong so use 5-7 or more walls and same with top and bottom.
it may fit using a festool track as my first design would fit, however there have been many adjustments to the model so a festool track may not work any longer unless you extend the wall that touches the saw plate so that the blade wont cut the track.
-you need 12mm wide aluminum flat bar that will be the connection from the guide to the saw as shown in the photos.
-also use threaded inserts to screw it down
