Primo bottled water is a great option for water at a campground without potable water, especially in combination with a pump. The water container is big, robust and easy to carry.

I wanted to be able to refill and transport the water container when a new fill was not readily available, so designed a cap to robustly close it.
Printing instructions
- Important: print the parts in dissimilar materials to prevent high friction/sticking of the threads. Recommendation: print the Collar in PLA and the Cap in PETG
- Default print settings work fine
- No supports needed
Assembly instructions
- Use a #8 - ½ inch bolt & nut to attach the Collar to the container
- Re-use the original closing cap for good re-sealing (see picture):
- remove it without punching the top
- trim it to 11 mm / 4.35 inch height; it should nicely snap back on
- make sure to keep and re-use the inner liner
