An easy and quick coupler to connect a 4 mm PTFE tube to a dry box.
- The tube press fits into the coupler.
- The coupler has a conical opening to easily feed the filament.
- Hex nut and connector to easily tighten them
Printing instructions:
- Connector: PLA works well, in default settings
- Nut: Print in PETG for reduced binding (dissimilar material to PLA)
- No support needed
For drilling a hole in a Polyethylene/Polypropylene box:
- Hole diameter: 3/8 inch / 9.5 mm
- Drill a smaller pilot hole first
- Back up the wall against some wood to avoid cracking the wall when drilling the hole
