This is a rerailer for Dragon Railway track: https://www.printables.com/model/346663-train-tracks-dragon-railway.
I've included a one piece STL and the model split by color. There is also a Bambu Studio 3MF with both versions.
Additionally there are a short version and a cut in half version for those with build plate limitations.
As long as your filament bridges well you shouldn't need supports.
