This bracket is made to add radiators to your BeamCase, there are versions for BeamCase SFF, m(ATX) and Sandwich.
It is a simple bracket, that offers a lot of flexibility as the radiator can be moved up or down and forward and back. It can be used to mount 120mm, 240mm, 140mm and 280mm radiators.
The four frame brackets are secured to the frame with nuts and screws, and then the actual radiator bracket is first screwed to the radiator (choose the correct one for your case) and can then be placed onto the frame brackets and is then screwed to those. (the screws go directly into the plastic)
Screws and nuts:
- 12x M3x8mm countersunk screws
- whatever screws are used with your radiator or fan.
- 8x standard M3 nuts (and optionally thin M3 square nuts according to DIN 562 together with these nut-positioners)
Print Instructions:
Ideally print this model in a stronger and more temperature resistant filament like PETg or ABS. In order for the bracket to work perfectly it has to be printed accurately, so compensate for shrinkage. This print like all BeamCase parts does not require any supports.
I adjust for ABS shrinkage by scaling the model to 100.5% (Bambu Lab P1S and Sunlu ABS) , but it depends on the filament and printer and print speed.
