This fits just right in the miter slot on my SawStop PCS cabinet saw. I use two of them to attach a featherboard.
I think PETG is better than PLA for this application, but either should work fine. I designed it for an M6 bolt, but a ¼ inch bolt will probably work as well.
There is a thin sacrificial layer to make printing easier without supports. You can cut it or drill it, or just push the bolt through.
