3/8" caster wheel adapters created to replace the existing feet on a DEWALT 41751 Workbench. Should also fit related dewalt storage racks as they are stackable with this unit, but I have not verified.
When printed in PETG, these inserts easily supported a 500 lbs test weight and myself jumping onto the work surface and I'm actively using them in my own garage.
I would not recommend PLA because of the dramatic way in which it fails under load, but PETG/ABS should both work.
I printed them with 100% infill, PETG, and precision wall turned on and they took around 5 hours a piece on my Ender 3 v3 SE.
Model was designed to require minimal support. I used one branching center tree support for the top horizontal supports as shown in the picture with my hand of the as-printed piece. I, however, had a failed print early in testing where the tree support un-adhered, and the piece successfully printed these overhangs just fine.
