Insert the anchor aligned with the extrusion, then rotate 90 degrees to lock. The loop is offset slightly to one side, so if it contacts something adjacent to the 2020 extrusion (like a panel), remove it, rotate it 180 degrees, then re-insert. Don't attempt to rotate then with a ribbon cable already passing through it; you'll risk damaging the ribbon cable!
