This is a housing for the Mini 12864 LCD display to fit inside the Ender 5 Plus chassis without modifications.
It bolts on from inside using the original mounting points and screws.
You mount the LCD to the back cover first with the M4 screws and nuts, then put the front cover ontop and then hold it into position as you screw the assembly onto the chassis.
