Inserts and holders for the cards and ribbons from the board game Canvas! All organizers are intended to fit into the original game box with a small clearance for the manual to sit on top.
The ribbon trays are intended to sit on the game board during play to hold the tokens. The trays have spaces for four 6x3 mm embedded magnets for them to pack together tightly in the box. A total of 24 magnets are required for this gameboard.
The art card holder and the game board spacer both have provisions for multi-colour printing in the form of the Canvas logo. Multi-material printing requires a printer with a tool changer or multi-material unit.
Printing Instructions
Print one of each component except the ribbon trays. Six ribbon trays are required to hold each colour ribbon and the inspiration tokens. 0.20 mm layer heights are recommended for this mode.
For the ribbon trays, the magnets can be inserted by placing pauses during slicing. For a 0.20mm layer height, the pauses should placed at 3.6 mm and 10.8 mm. The magnet slots are a slight press fit for the magnets to prevent them from popping out when printing over them.
For the multi-colour art card holder and gameboard spacer, the bodies for each letter are embedded in the provided STL and STEP models. If the bodies are not detected when importing into PrusaSlicer, select the part and click “split into objects” or “split into parts” from the upper toolbar. Then, you can change the extruder/tool of the letters to the same colour or delete them if you choose.
