This is a remix of the smars version 2 chassis, designed to incorporate smars connectors. There are some remarkable versions of the original smars and thought it was time to release something beyond the classic wheeled or tracked versions. I have kept to the screwless theme of the original smars to decrease the need for purchased components. The rocker bogie suspension has proved to be a very capable design. It does, however, not lend itself well to high speeds. It's best to keep with the higher torque slower speed 150 rpm n20 motors suggested for smars robots. I look forward to feedback and remixes.
Currently this is a work in progress and I will post more detailed build instructions, print orientation, arduino code that utilizes Arduino joystick app found on google play store.

Printed parts:
1 rocker, 1 mirrored rocker; no supports
1 bogie, 1 mirrored bogie; no supports
1 ball end, 1 mirrored ball end (attaches diff bar to bogie arms). Print these on there own and get the balls rolling shortly after print finishes; no supports
2 n20 retainer, 4 mirrored n20 retainer; no supports
2 bogie axle; Print parallel to bed with support for optimal strength
2 bogie axle retainer
2 rocker axle; Print parallel to bed with support for optimal strength
2 rocker axle retainer; Print parallel to bed with support for optimal strength
2 bogie axle pin (these slip into respective slots to hold bogie axle to chassis)
2 Int axle pins (these slip into respective slots to hold bogie axle to chassis)
2 pivot stopper (these are inserted into rocker and bogie joint to limit rocker revolution)
1 diff bar
1 diff axle A (Used to hold diff bar in rear hole)
1 diff axle B (Used to hold diff bar in rear hole)
1 chassis
1 lid
1 lid plate (used to secure lid)
6 wheels
6 tires (I printed in TPU)

When printing the axle and pin lengths should lay horizontal with support for maximal strength. The rockers and bogies can lay on there flat sides without support.

This is a multi print bed print whit some parts needing or not needing supports. the rod ends may be the trickiest thing to print. Recommend printing these on there own to make sure the balls float freely within ends after some coaxing.

The lid is also quite tricky and I printed this on 45 deg angle (where vents would be parallel to print bed) with supports

Wires (22 or thinner) from N20 motors can be channeled through rocker an bogie arms. Wires exit bogie arm and can be routed into chassis through slots beside the bogie axle holes.

Electronic components.:
Arduino nano
2 small ESC's (I went with cheap 10amp)
6 N20 motors (150rpm or slower)
2s lipo (800mah)
HC05 bluetooth module
