QIDI Plus4 beacon mount

A very rigid mount for your eddy current probe. Compatible with 

- Beacon3D revD, revH
- Cartographer3D (the one that has the same shape as beacon revD)

NOT compatible with:
- BTT Eddy

The model allows you to swing the probe aside after unscrewing just one short bolt. This allows for access to the hotend without unplugging the probe. 
 

⚠ Turn off your printer when plugging or unplugging the probe to avoid electronics damage ⚠

You will need some extra hardware beyond what the printer has. 
- 4x square M3 nuts. Approx. dimensions 5.5 x 5.5 x 1 mm
- 1x M3 10mm long
- 1x M3 18mm long
- 1x M3 washer, approx 5mm in outer diameter.
- 2x M3 flathead bolts, 5mm or longer. (beacon3d comes with some)

P.S. the picture shows wrong bolt lengths, i am aware, the ones in the description above are the right ones.

The hinge has a 4 step assembly process shown in one of the pictures attached to this post. All of the parts have square nut holes for pressfitting them in, you may need to press the part against a table or use a vice to put them in. It's a tight fit to avoid rattling.

The probe offset for this mount is X: 0mm, Y: -20mm (it's directly 2cm in front of the nozzle)
