I loved the idea of prior model, printed it and was underwhelmed, but the idea was genius. This is my take.

Completely redesigned the original, now has micro screw controls for perfect adjustability. It's still a prototype but it works.
Printed on the K1 with hyper PLA, layer heights .16, .4 nozzle.
You need 9mm snap off blades and some super glue, instant set is recommended but not required. The screw is a fairly tight fit, should be worked in the first time and the blade carrier kind of clicks in past the threads the first time you insert it.
Assembly:
First work the threads in and out until they loosen up just a little bit.
Glue the blade into the blade carrier.
Carefully insert the blade carrier into the stripper body, this is probably the hardest part, getting it lined up just right, should click past the threads and bottom out. You may have to clean or enlarge the blade port on the stripper body depending on your printer.
After that you thread the tension screw in until it bottoms out, insert the C clip to lock the tension screw and the blade carrier together.
Then you just gotta figure out the correct depth and get to stripping.
