This design is a dust collector developed for a titanium manicure studio, intended for installation in a table. It features a fully 3D printed housing and turbine, and incorporates a K 1438 cabin filter (21cm x 15cm) to capture dust from nail processing. The turbine is driven by a 75W brushed model engine that reaches up to 20,000 rpm, with continuously adjustable speeds thanks to a 12V/24V 200W 10A PWM speed controller. The device is designed to fit into an opening measuring 230mm x 170mm, making it ideal for maintaining a clean and healthy workspace during nail treatments.
