Original part broke from the Y joint that attaches to the pump body, so I created this with what I believe a more sturdy design.
It is 101mm long, 16mm thick, 11mm wide at the narrow end and 27mm wide at the wide end with a 13mm gap in the middle. The holes are 6mm diameter.
Print settings used:
- Orientation: largest flat side on the bed, like in the image
- Layer height: 0.2mm
- Support: organic on build plate only, but you could probably get away with none.
- Infill: 100%, but you could probably get away with less with gyroid pattern.
