The salty ocean water wreaks havoc on the boom bearings on my Joysway Dragon Force 65. This device makes a simple job of getting the oil there it should be.
My own example is printed with Azurefilm 85A TPU, but any flexible filament 95A or softer works OK.
The pictures should explain the maner of use, but some instructions might be useful:
The device is for use with the rig detached from the boat.
The smallest hole is for the tube on the oil spray can. I use WD40, as its very good at getting the salt out of the bearings.
The medium size hole on the bottom of the print is for the carbon tube that goes in the mast base.
The rim outside the largest hole seals against the bottom of the gooseneck.
