Designed to minimize bridging, you should be able to print this without supports on any reasonably tuned printer. You may want to scale the model up by a few percent to make a tighter or looser fit depending on your filament choice (Although its designed to be slightly loose with PLA/ABS). Any scoop should be okay if the handle is <12mm and the scoop is only wider, and not longer, than the included scoop. I'll probably make a scoop meant for a 22oz tumbler soon because that's what I use daily.
I'd of course recommend to print in food safe filament, but as long as your mix stays dry and sealed, it shouldn't matter. I'm not a doctor. Don't eat plastic.
