This is a simple Spool holder for small wirespools with up to 90mm diameter and an inner hole of at least 20mm diameter. It works very well e.g. for these wire spools (affiliate link), as shown on the photo.
It uses these pegs (follow link, not my design), you will need 1 of these. They just snap fit into the back and work quite well.
I printed in Prusament PETG in 0.25mm Speed Mode. I recommend organic support for the slots on the rear side and for the peg holding the spool.
