This is an adapter for the Olympus IMT-2 inverse microscope to mount a Canon EOS DSLR to the camera port.
In the images attached it is printed in white PLA but I do recommend black. It features a 34 mm UV filter as a protection to keep dust away from the insides of the microscope when the camera is not attached - just like in the original OM mount. To keep the dust out you can also print a lens cap like this one for when the camera is not attached:
