Plate adapter to mount a clamp that allows replacement of the original spindle provided with the CNC Two Trees TTC450 with a higher power router (for example the 800w router Makita, Katzu and other )
I included also the 3df file if you want to adapt it to a different z-clamp
General Information
- Created specifically for the TTC450 CNC
- Compatible with the Foz Aliens z-clamp for 65mm routers (LINK)
- Material: PLA with 25% infill
Components required for assembly:
- 4x M5x20 Cylinder screws with hex socket
- 3x M5x16 Cylinder screws with hex socket
- 3x M5 Nuts
- 4x Threaded insert for 3D printing M5x7x7
The threaded insert are needed to connect the z-clamp to the plate, have to be inserted from the backside.
The screws instead connect the adapter directly to the machine.
