This is a small extender for 2230 M.2 SSDs to fit in a 2242 slot. This one was specifically made for the Lenovo E14 G5.

Overview
This is a pretty small and slim extender to adapt a 2230 SSD to a 2242 slot. Specifically, for the 2242 SSD slot on the Lenovo ThinkPad E14 Gen5 (picture). For this the no-lip version is recommended.
Note: For anyone coming across this and seeing the Integral INSSD1TM2230G3 in the picture, be warned that this SSD seems to be incompatible with the AMD Version of the E14 G5.
^ This was just because (as you can see in the image above) the adaptor was 1mm too short, and I did not actually insert the SSD all the way.

Your mileage may vary for other Laptops or PCs. If it works for a different model successfully, it would be great if you could add a comment, with that information, so that others can see it.
The SSD should already be somewhat supported by its surroundings (on the E14, the backside basically already rests against the chassis / motherboard), as otherwise the grip the extender has on the SSD might not be enough to keep the SSD stable.
Especially if you use the version without the lip.
Print recommendations
Should likely be printed with PETG, ABS or any other more temperature resistant material than PLA.
I have printed mine with a layer height of 0.2 mm.
Can be printed without supports.
