Supports and Support “Bricks”
Front: 6 x (4 mm x 15 mm) Wood Screw
Back: 6 x (4 mm x 30 mm) Wood Screw
Generic PETG (the cheapest I found with the right color)
KCM/ECM Base Clip
This is clipped onto the top right of the printer.
The holes are prepared for M3 screw heat inserts (Insert them with a soldering iron into the 4mm holes)
KCM/ECM Holder
Screw this into the base clip inserts with M3 screws. Sized appropriately, as long as they fit and hold the devices… :D
Insert the KCM and ECM with the barrel jacks pointing towards the designed holes in the front. Insert the barrel jacks. The barrel jacks ensure the stability of the parts, and them not falling out with vibrations.
General settings I used to print with
- 270ºC Nozzle
- 77ºC Print Bed
No enclosure (apart from it being inside a cabinet without a door on it)
