Since the new Flush Snaps are a little flimsy, it can be difficult to push them into their Multiboard counter parts - especially if you chose the tighter versions.
So I made this little tool to help with that.
Print settings
I print these with the default Multiboard settings:
- 3 perimeters
- 0.2 mm layer height
- 15% infill
simukis suggested on Reddit to print these with more top and bottom layers since his failed after 20+ snaps.
Updates:
2025-05-16: Added two new variants after Lucky Green's suggestions. They include a square marking on both sides that help aligning the directional snaps. The holding part of the small version is 5 mm longer and I've added a big version too. I am not sure how well the big one works, because you can't really see the Snaps on the wall anymore, but if you want to whack it with a hammer, it might be more safe ;-).
