This is a simple design meant to be a tight-fitting channel cover for 1530 extruded aluminum bars. I designed this so I could hide wires to my lights and cameras on my Xtrusion Overland bed rack in the channels themselves, instead of using zip tie mounts.
You can print these either with a smooth surface or textured like I did in my sample photos. To get similar effect, use the fuzzy skin settings I provided in the screenshot. Just be sure to only make the fuzzy skin effect in the modifier box, not for the whole part.
Walls are designed for 0.4mm nozzle. Be sure to print with PETG as the model does need to flex a good bit to snap tight.
