This component is specifically designed to mitigate the high-pitched noise generated by the hotend fan in the FF AD5M, enhancing the overall acoustic comfort of the printing environment.
The small fan inside the hotend due to its high speed generates a high-pitched whine. I have noticed that directing the air through one side would reduce this frequency not whole noise, then I designed this light-weighted part.
Print in Petg or Pla with your regular profile, best print with the opening down to plate.
Fix with double sided tape for quick release if needed.
