🔧 In this post, I will show you how to breathe new life into a “dead” flashlight in an inexpensive and effective way.
Instead of a damaged battery and old 5 mm LEDs, there is a modern upgrade: a powerful 18650 battery and a bright 1-watt LED.
This is not just a repair - it is a level 70 upgrade, and all without microcontrollers!
▶ The post will include:
🔹 Appearance of the flashlight
🔹 Internal components before and after the upgrade
🔹 Startup check and basic safety considerations
🔹 Result + practical tips
🧩 Components used:
• 18650 battery
• 1W LED on a radiator
• Ø20 mm lens
• TP4056 charging board
