The provided 3MF File is prepared with all my modifications.

The Back Part needs Supports for Printing

After Printing the Back Part, you need to punch through the 2layer supports for the M8 screw (if you want to use this Fixing Method)

I added a bit of more in fill on the mounting bracket in the area where the M8 screws are sitting probably a bit overkill.

Do not forget to put the sealing tape on the lower two Module support. there is a designed Gap of 3mm. i didnt want to push directly against the bare circuit board from the 6 Key module.
On the 32Key module is no tape needed, the supports are designed to push slightly against the back

BOM:

  • Stream Deck Module 32 Keys
  • USB C Cable for Connection from 32key to PC
  • Stream Deck Module 6 Keys (cable should be included)
  • ~370g of Filament
  • 2x M8 T-Slot Nuts + 2x M8x20 Sockedhead Screws (mount to rig)
  • 6x M3x10 countersunk screw + 6x M3x5,7 Heatset inserts
  • 1x M8 Nut + 1x M8x30 - M8x50 Sockedhead Screw or 2x M5x20 Sockedhead Screws + 2x M5x9,5 Heatset inserts (only need on of the Sizes depends which mounting choise you do prefere)
i havent tested the M8 version. It got modeled after printing because one M5 heat set became loose pretty sure matte PLA was not the best choice except for the looks.
it didn't bother me on my model just, i glued the insert back in place. I added the M8 Version just to be safe. Would be happy if i could thought about this solution early

  • 2x Strip of sealing tape(yellow in Pictures) ~11mm wide x ~30mm long and 4mm thick (to support the back of the small module cause its not covered at the back by elgato)
