This is a simple replacement battery strap for the non-Elite version of the TLR 22X-4 kit. It is intended to be printed out of TPU. The print settings are very important so that it stretches like the OEM rubber strap.
Print settings:
- 1 Wall
- 2 Top Layers
- 1 Bottom Layer
- 15% Gyroid infill (Gyroid is key here)
- Make sure the line direction is 45 degrees for the best strength and flexibility
Print flat. It should come out very stretchy. If it's too stretchy with your brand of TPU, you can try another wall, but it will make a dramatic difference. More infill is what I would recommend first.
