During my vacation this summer, I lamented that I could not organize all my stuff in my little camper. In remedy, I came up with this. This bungee wall mount will hold your phone, e-reader, walkie-talkie, dirty shirt or whatever you can think of in it, out of the way, on the wall. It's great.

This turned out exactly how I wanted. It does take a few dollars investment though which I'll lay out, but because it is modular, you can make it as big or as small as you want. There are 3 parts, the female and male end pieces and the extension pieces, all of which fit together with a simple puzzle piece connection. Because of this you can just make it a ‘square’ if you want something small, or make it as long as you want. The ones I made for my camper in the picture are using one section of the length piece.

There is a hex version (I love a good hexagon) as well as a smooth version.

It's maxed out for my print plate size, 256x256 so I'm sorry to the smaller printer owners out there. If there is a desire, I could make smaller versions that will work with that. Let me know in the comments.

What you'll need to buy:

Bungee cord

     - 3/16 bungee cord

     - Amazon Link

Fine Screws

     - 6-18 x 1 5/8 is the sized I used and modeled the holes for

     - Amazon Link

What is optional:

Cord locks

     - If you want you can skip this and just tie knots, totally up to you, but with them you'll be able to adjust             tension a little more conveniently

     - EDIT - I've been using this for a couple of years now and can say I've never adjusted the tension so I'm           going to go out on a limb and say that these aren't required. Just tie a knot.

     - Amazon link

I don't have any affiliate Amazon link thing going on, so you get whatever you feel you need or a better deal you find.

Assembly: Once you're done your print, put all the pieces you have together and start to weave the bungee through, back and forth. Do not tighten down the bungee yet. Attach it to your wall with your screws. Now you can add a bit of tension to your bungee. Add your cord locks if you have, and tie your knots.

If you tighten down the bungee before mounting, it'll cause it to bow. You could alternatively weave your bungee once it's been mounted, but I found it easier the other way.

Please, enjoy and post a pic if you get a chance!
