High Flow Water Fountain Straw (Version 3 released!) Keychain

Introducing: The High Flow Water Fountain Straw!

Built for those who don't get enough water from the normal drinking spout, the High Flow Water Fountain Straw should fill your mouth in under a second.

Additional feature: If you fill up the bend with water and blow through one end, it turns into a single-shot water shotgun. Might be useful someday.

Update 3.1

Version 3.1 is a major update! it features a new model that can be printed flat, so there are no bed adhesion issues. Easy to print now. Also much stronger due to the horizontal layer lines. Notice: this model is weaker than the others.

Update 2.1

Version 2.1 is around 10 percent faster and has a thicker middle. It also has a keychain hole.

Slicing (FOR VERSION 2.1 AND BELOW ONLY):

Slice the model with the funnel bit facing upwards, in the orientation that you would (hopefully) use it in.

 This is a pretty tall print. I've printed at 60mm/sec without the print falling over. Be sure to turn z-hop and brim on. If you do those, the print should be fine for most printers. Again, the .step file is recommended over the .stl version. There is a comparable difference in the qualities of the models. The .stl file is in the front.

Use 0.6mm outer wall width (even if you have a 0.4mm nozzle). This greatly improves overhang quality.

Tip: It's a pretty common piece of advice, but you should wash your build plate with soap and water regularly to eliminate oil build-up on the surface. Oils will interfere with bed adhesion.
