A fidget spinner that takes inspiration fromi axial bearings and planetary gearboxes. Hold it between your thumb and palm and spin.
Use the metric bolts to cut their own threads, this works reliably enough on any printer. I recommend using an electric screwdriver to do it, it makes the process much easier. You will need to unscrew the bolts slightly to get nice movement. If it's too right or you feel too much friction, unscrew the bolts. The movement should then be very smooth.
BTW: I tried some designs with 3D printed pins and it is a pain to get them right, let alone provide instructions and files in order to make them work reliably across many printer brands.
