This is a 3D-printed replacement clip for Resvent CPAP masks, created after my original clip broke. Instead of replacing the entire mask, this part allows you to continue using your equipment without interruption.
⚙ Details:
- Fits: Resvent CPAP mask clip connection
- Purpose: Replacement for the original clip that often breaks with repeated use
- Material tested: PETG (chosen for strength and slight flexibility)
🖨 Print Settings (tested):
- Layer height: 0.12–0.20 mm (0.12 mm recommended for best fit and finish)
- Perimeters/walls: 3–4
- Infill: 100%
- Supports: Required (everywhere, to ensure clean overhangs and clip detail)
- Print orientation: Flat on the bed with clip arms facing upward for maximum strength
- Material: PETG (ABS or Nylon may also be suitable if you need higher flexibility)
- Nozzle: 0.4 mm standard
- Bed adhesion: Brim recommended for stability
