This is a lightweight remix of the original SAB iGoblin Pro backup capacitor / buffer pack mount. The solid plate has been replaced with a hex-pattern design to reduce weight while keeping the strength needed for secure mounting. I printed mine in PAHT-CF for extra sturdiness and high temperature resistance inside the heli frame. Tested with an XDFly 12V/50F buffer pack.
Installation and positioning remain unchanged — the mount fits neatly between the tail drive/tensioners and the battery tray, secured with tape and cable ties. For the detailed assembly guide, please refer to the original design. This remix simply makes the mount lighter, stronger, and more durable without altering its function.
