***********30/6/2026: revisiting this again, will add mounting locations the same as the FT panels, so that you can simply use a longer screw. Will upload the original panel as a whole so that you can just use your slicer to split it into multiple parts that align (recently switched from cura to orca, so was unaware this was an option).
Just taken the ZeroG provided electronics enclosure top panel and thrown on a similar honeycomb pattern to the FT EMS panels so that it matches. I have pretty much eyeballed this and will be testing it later this week but its a starting point for people.
This is for the ender 5 pro so should also fit the Voron Trident 250.
Choose your own adventure for the print settings etc. Also check out FT's EMS panels et al cos hes done an amazing job and I've made this so that theres a similar panel to his available
Have also attached the honeycombed panel as a solid without the mounting points as well incase you want to try throw your own mounting points on (in case my ones are trash).
I have moved the mounting points so they shouldnt interfere with the FT ones, however after testing my own i'm planning on adding in hinges so that we can still access the EMS sections if needed
See photo of my setup to see how they should sit, and also that the pattern is currently misaligned. Will fix this very soon, just been busy.
I think my corner cutouts are too large (personally), so use the non cutout version if you think similar and just take some flush cutters to the print to make it fit.

Edit 2/10/25: After test printing a corner of the previous iteration, found that the standard top panel is meant to fit over the 2020 extrusion as well so have reduced size's accordingly
Edit 3/10/25: Front panel sections confirmed fit, if using the FT EMS bottom panels then you will have to chop off the corner of one of the top panel hexagons, but ill sort that out later. main thing is it confirm fits flush around the front stepper mounts
Edit 4/10/25: just realised only the front 2 panels will work as it currently is, i need to swap the rear mounting tabs
Edit 2/03/2026: uploaded a version of the rear left and rear right panels that have cutouts for the corners in them. Added photo of panels and photos of how it sits on my ZeroG Hydra
